Starting October 10, 2015, I will be on a cut to tone and shred my body. It's more about strengthening my will power and proving to myself that I can attain the body I want. 
I will track calories and macros. I will not stop until I lose 20 pounds and maintain a healthy lifestyle because of it. I want to get in control of my life, and be more conscious of my habits. 
Let's do this. Beginning weight: 120.   Goal weight: 103ish 
I know I can do this, and I will.
